General Information
School Year and Summer Apartments & Rooms are located surrounding the Plymouth State University Campus on Russell Street, Winter Street, Pleasant Street, Langdon Street, Edmonds Court, Pearl Street and Main Street, in Plymouth, NH. The apartments are all shapes and sizes, some split level and others all on one floor. They each have their own uniqueness. Some bedrooms have built in lofts. A few apartments enjoy the original house features built in such as benches where the seat lifts for storage underneath. All apartments have a stove and refrigerator. They are all walking distance to the PSU campus and the downtown area.
Year Round Apartments are located in Ashland, NH on Highland Street, Main Street and Mill Street. They are quiet buildings with some very long-term residents. Walking distance to the downtown area and the town offices make for a convenient location.
Retail Space is located in both the downtown Plymouth, NH area at 113 and 117 Main Street, and at Tenney Mountain Plaza located at 612 Tenney Mountain Highway. All of our retail space has picture window displays with nice store frontage at street level. There is space for hanging your sign to get the most of the traffic draw.
Garage and Storage rentals are located in Plymouth, NH at various locations on Russell Street, Winter Street, Edmonds Court and Langdon Street. Some have garage door access for storing a vehicle while others are set up for storing belongings or inventory.
