Q. How do I take a look at an apartment?

A. You can set up an appointment with us to view apartments by contacting us at (603) 536-2479.

Q. Where do we meet?

A. We can meet at the Stoppe Management Services office at 40 Highland Street in Plymouth or we can meet at the apartment you will be looking at.

Q. How much is the security deposit?

A. The security deposit is equal to one months rent.

Q. Is there a lease agreement?

A. There is a lease agreement to sign.  You can view a sample lease on our website from the Applications and Forms tab.

Q. Where are the apartments located?

A. Our Year Round Apartments are located in Ashland, NH on Highland Street, Main Street and Mill Street. They are quiet buildings with some very long-term residents. Walking distance to the downtown area and the town offices make for a convenient location.
