School Year Apartments & Rooms:

Q. How do I take a look at some apartments and rooms?

A. You can set up an appointment to meet with us at our 40 Highland Street office in Plymouth, NH to view apartments and rooms by contacting us at (603) 536-2479.

Q. What will we be doing at our appointment to see places?

A. We will sit down with your group and discuss your preferences. We will help you to choose several apartments or rooms to view, and then we will go look at them. Afterward, if you decide to sign up for a place, we will go over the paperwork with you. Your group will need one of the security deposits to sign up that day and the rest of the deposits within one week.

Q. Do I get my own bedroom in the apartments?

A. Yes, you can get your own bedroom in most apartments. There are some apartments where you can share a bedroom if you like also.

Q. How much is the security deposit?

A. The security deposit is $300.00 per person.

Q. I currently rent from Stoppe Management. Does my security deposit transfer?

A. Yes, if you already have a deposit with us, you can use that deposit toward any other rental with us.

Q. Is there a lease agreement?

A. There is a lease agreement to sign. There is a sample lease you can download from this website, accessed from the Applications and Forms tab.

Q. Are there different rent payment options?

A. Yes, there are several different payment options, including one set up for financial aid. Everyone can be on a different payment plan. Sample Payment Plan Options.

Q. Do I still receive the same amount of financial aid if I live off-campus?

A. Yes, you will still receive the same financial aid, including loans, grants, scholarship etc. whether you live on or off campus. When you live off campus, the school will not deduct housing costs from your aid so any aid over your tuition, fees and other PSU account charges will be refunded to you at the beginning of each semester.

Q. My roommate is studying abroad currently. Can they sign up for the apartment also?

A. Yes, anyone who is not currently in the area can still sign up for an apartment with you. You will need to get us their contact information and we will take care of it.
